In most cases, all you need to do is contact your insurance company for a claim number and we can take care of the rest.

Big Sky are happy to offer FREE Onsite Repair Quotes to make things a little easier for our customers, saving you time & effort. We take all the necessary photographs and can lodge the claim directly with your insurance company who will then contact you the customer. Once approved, we will be in touch to book your repair and get you back on the road as soon as possible. Simple and stress free.

2. Contact Big Sky to arrange a FREE ONSITE QUOTE.

3. Big Sky will submit quote & photos to insurer.

4. Insurer will contact customer to discuss.

5. Receive approval.

6. Big Sky will contact customer to make a convenient repair date booking.

7. Deliver caravan to Big Sky for repair.

8. Collect repaired caravan.

9. Go on a Caravanning Holiday!
